the staff was very helpful. they accommodated my late checkout. the hotel had perfect hygiene. i found the room super clean and the linens fresh.
i noted the pool area was busy. it seemed a bit inaccessible due it always being full.

poor sound controllimited quantity
I encountered a couple of issues . The sound control on the television in my room did not function properly. Even the staff could not adjust the volume. I also found the breakfast to be just okay. The quantity of options seemed somewhat limited.

service issues impacted the stay
delayed macchiatostained table
The service didn't quite meet my expectations. at breakfast, getting a simple espresso macchiato took ages. I waited for 15 minutes only to receive something resembling american coffee. a staff member threw away my cosmetics samples, that was annoying. the table in my room wasn't clean, stained with marks. it felt disappointing.
